Here are a few pictures. The "faux" is paint rater than a decal which makes it very similar to the original composition rather than paper or plastic glued on.
The solid wood panel on one end of this 1939/40 Sentinel 203UL was originaly a faux finish and it was shot. I really liked the Deco style and the recessed pushbuttons, so I decided to do another faux paint job. Funny how I intended to avoid this type of finish, but now have redone quite a few.
