Just wait till it gets a chassis.
And here it is with all but 1 Emerson tube. A few stains were touched up and some new wire.
The speaker was reconed. The foam roll makes it sound a lot better than stock. I have made a press for the suspension on 6" and 8" speakers but haven't gotten to the 5" yet. So it is just going to have to sound good.
All original caps were rebuilt and some messy repairs were corrected.
New Back fabricated.
It is going to be a really nice example of this Emerson/Ingraham Radio. It will look good sitting next to Mae W.
An operation to fix some nasty kidney stones has slowed me down a bit, but the cabinet needs a couple of more weeks to dry anyway.
Made a new dial lens.
12/14/14 Rubbed out cabinet. Finally finished.
So Mae West has a new friend.
